After the Monotone Symphony video, multiple versions clip 1 - 2 min link to full video I covered the front part of my body from the chest down with blue paint.  After 20 minutes of silence I stood in front of the camera and scrubbed it off.  I repeated this action multiple times in an effort to make the final video just right. This clip is from the final take.
